Quantock Pony Club Newsletter

April 2005

Eve Philips

Eve sadly passed away suddenly in February.
The committee would like, on behalf of The Quantock Pony Club, to send out thoughts and well wishes to Jeremy, Georgie and Jessie. Eve had been DC for a couple of years, standing in at short notice, and did a very good job in pulling the club back together, but before that she was always a willing Pony Club mother, turning her hand to any job, at any event, to raise money for the club. We will miss her
knowledge, help and cheery smile in the future and wish the family well.

Transfer between Pony Club Branches

Please note that if you would like to change branches you
must obtain a letter of authority from your existing DC and the DC of the new branch. These letters should then be forwarded to your Area Rep. Also, on transferring branches, you must take into consideration that there is a 14 month ban on competing in area or novice competitions. This is a Pony Club rule and is in the Rule Book. This is not applicable, however, if you are changing branch due to moving house from one area to another.
