Quantock games weekend held at Burtle

It was a great weekend with many teams from around the south west coming for a weekend of games and fun. Quantock entered senior team a junior team and two novice teams. The senior team came 3rd, the juniors 1st novice A came 3rd and novice B came 6th. In the evening there was a tug of war competition between all competing teams with each team trainer acting as the anchor man ! There was also an inflatable assault course over which the teams competed which provided many laughs as the children watched their trainers climbing, sliding and in one case loosing their trousers! Many thanks must go to those who organised the event Danny and Libby put in a lot of hard work to ensure it al went smoothly, the venue was provided by Mr & Mrs Pople we also thank them and to all the team who raised over £1350 for the club.
