QUANTOCK PONY CLUB TEAM SHOW JUMPING COMP
2nd APRIL 2006-04-02 at BADGWORTH ARENA
Class 1 10 yrs & under had 8 teams and 3 individuals .We had 2 of the 8 teams with Quantock blue (Henry Coate, Daisy Williams ,Emma Perry & Harriet T-B} and Quantock green {Abbie Porter, Jess Mortimer, Cressida Cox & Ryan Dudridge). Ben Price rode as an individual. Abbie won best QPC.
Class 2 12 yrs & under had 9 teams and 3 individuals .We had 2 of the 9 teams with Quantock yellow (Abbie Porter, Charlotte Perry, Emma T-B,& Kaite Gibbs) gaining 6th team ,best QPC was Charlotte Perry and charlotte and Kaite riding double clears. Quantock pink( Amelia Daniels, Lucy Courtney, Abbie Porter & Henry Coate ) finished on 12 faults.
Class 3 15 yrs & under had 5 teams and 3 individuals. We had 1 team of Nicola Perry, Lucy Courtney, Lucy Barker, & Rachel Webber. They took team 2nd finishing on 8 faults with Nicola gaining best QPC and 4th individual, Fiona Pascall rode her young horse Echo as an individual HC.
Class 4 3’ open had 4 teams entered of which we had 1 comprising Jamie Courtney, Nicola Perry, Lucy Barker & Rachel Webber. They won this class as they were the only team to finish. Lucy Barker won best QPC .Fiona Pascall rode as an individual.
Class 5 3’3” individual had 4 entries. Fiona Pascall won it on Kenny and gained best QPC. Jamie Courtney was 4th.
Well done to all competitors who took part ,and it was nice to see some new faces, also a big THANK YOU to all the helpers who give up their time to assist ,as this fundraising event could NOT run without you all !!!!
